These Terms apply to all orders placed on this website. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted.
Placing an order means you agree to these Terms. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders depend on stock availability. We may offer a substitute for unavailable items – you may reject it for a refund.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We may change prices without notice. Payment is due at time of order.
Delivery is to the address you provide. We are not liable for delays outside our control. You must be present to accept delivery and note any shortages on the driver's device.
For collected items, check before leaving the premises. For delivered items, wrong products must be returned the same day with the driver. We do NOT accept return of frozen or chilled products.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership remains with us until paid in full.
Abusive behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or delivery.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We do not share your details for unsolicited marketing.
